Credit Card Policy
We require a credit card on file when booking all hair color services. We also ask for a card on file for any guests that have a no show or late cancel. This policy helps us to reduce no show appointments. Thank you for understanding!
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us 24 hours notice. We really appreciate it so that we can fill that spot. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Guests that do not show up to their appointments will be charged for the full service. Thank you letting us know in advance when something comes up!
No Show Policy
Please let us know if you need to cancel an appointment- we are happy to reschedule you for a better time. Customers that do not show up to an appointment will be charged for the service and will be required to keep a card on file for any future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that things come up and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. If arriving more than 10-15 minutes past your appointment time we may need to shorten, change or reschedule your service so that a late arrival does not affect other client appointments.
We love happy customers! If you need a modification on a service, please give us a call within a week of your service to schedule a modification appointment.
Thick or Long Hair Policy
Extra long or thick hair needs lots of love, products, and extra time! If you have very long or thick hair (or both) please let us know so we can add time and a long or thick hair charge to your appointment.
