Confirmation Policy
We can't wait to see you soon! Please make sure to confirm your appointment by email, phone or text the day prior to your appointment. All hair services require a confirmation the day prior to keep the appointment. We really appreciate your consideration.
Credit Card Policy
We require a credit card on file when booking all hair color services. We also ask for a card on file for any guests that have a no show or late cancel. This policy helps us to reduce no show appointments. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us 24 hours notice. We really appreciate it so that we can fill that spot. Appointments that are cancelled same day or do not show up to their appointments may be charged a fee for the missed service. Thank you letting us know in advance when something comes up!
No Show Policy
Please let us know if you need to cancel an appointment- we are happy to reschedule you for a better time. Customers that do not show up to an appointment may be charged and will be required to keep a card on file for any future appointments. Any additional no shows will be charged for the missed service.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that things come up and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. If arriving more than 10-15 minutes past your appointment time we may need to shorten, change or reschedule your service so that a late arrival does not affect other client appointments.
Modification Policy
We love happy customers! If you need a modification on a service, please give us a call within a week of your service to schedule a modification appointment.
Thick or Long Hair Policy
Extra long or thick hair needs lots of love, products, and extra time! If you have very long or thick hair (or both) please let us know so we can add time and a long or thick hair charge to your appointment.
